QLD Skills Hub

On Monday, 14 September 2020 RDA DDSW hosted GO1 to present a webinar on the QLD Skills Hub.

The Queensland Government is currently partnering with GO1 under its Economic Recovery Strategy – Unite and Recover for Queensland Jobs to provide a world first for Queensland small businesses and employees impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In announcing the partnership in June, the Minister for Employment and Small Business and Minister for Training and Skills Development, Shannon Fentiman MP described GO1 as the ‘Netflix for training’ having already achieved the milestone of over one million users worldwide.

Queensland small business owners, startups and their staff now have an unprecedented opportunity to access 500 select online courses, ranging from five minutes to a few hours, for FREE until December 2020.

The courses are grouped under key topics including:
  • Foundation business skills
  • Leading a successful business
